HR Coordinator
Salary: £22,000 - £25,000 negotiable plus full benefits

Our global automotive industry client has an exciting opportunity for HR Coordinator to work in their Warwick offices. The role offers superb training and career opportunities for the right person. You will be working directly for the UK HR Manager, delivering a range of HR services in a fast-paced environment.


Duties & Responsibilities:


• Be the first point of contact for a wide range of queries on all aspects of the employee life cycle delivering exceptional customer service to line managers and employees

• Manage administration of the full employee life cycle including recruitment, on boarding, changes to terms and conditions of employment and termination

• Ensure all HR systems are accurate and up to date in order to provide accurate management information

• Support the wider HR team with the delivery of HR projects

• Full ownership of recruitment, direct sourcing to offer and contracts

• Completion of new starter inductions and managing the onboarding process to probation completion

• Be responsible for managing service delivery and information - ensuring processes are documented, HR systems are accurate and up to date; policies are kept up to date in line with employment legislation

• Be responsible for Human Resource metrics such as headcount and KPI collation

• Resolve first level employee relations queries effectively and within a timely manner

• Schedule meetings, HR events and maintain team agenda

Essential Requirements:


• Proven experience within a HR department at a similar level

• CPP level 3 desirable

• Demonstrable experience delivering exceptional customer service within a fast paced environment

• Ability to multi-task and remain detail-oriented with sound time management and organization skills

• Solid communication skills and the ability to take action and escalate when necessary

• Strong Microsoft office skills including outlook, word and excel

• Results driven and focused on delivering
